ADMTA ALL-LEVEL OUTSTANDING STUDENT AWARDS
Awards are given each year for an outstanding student on 6 levels: Grades 1-2 / 3-4 / 5-6 / 7-8 / 9-10 / & 11-12
- The awards are based on points earned through applicable participation in both TMTA Student Affiliate and ADMTA Student Events during the current year.
- Points are awarded according to the points system outlined below.
- Points are awarded only ONCE for each event that is listed.
- Teachers must compile the points, fill out the application (available at www.admta.org) and email it to the Student Events Chair by the deadline.
- Winners receive a trophy.
- Previous winners must wait until they reach the next level to be eligible again.
- The Student Events committee will determine the winner.
- Awards are announced and presented at Winner’s Recital.
- Student must have their parental/guardian consent form signed before attending Winners’ Recital.
SENIOR OF THE YEAR AWARD
Any graduating senior is eligible for this award
- Although theory testing is not required, entrants will receive a point for passing the 12th grade Whitlock theory test.
- Entrants must have participated in TMTA-Student Affiliate and/or ADMTA Student Events for at least three years during high school.
- The award is based on points earned through applicable event participation from grades 1-12.
- The point system used for the Outstanding Student of the Year is also used for this award.
- Teachers must compile the points, fill out the application (available at admta.org) and email to the Student Events Chair by the deadline.
- The Student Events Committee will determine the award.
- The awards are announced and presented during the designated Winners’ Recital.
- Student must have their parental/guardian consent form signed before attending Winners’ Recital.
